Hi, I’m Gillian Levi, and I’m passionate about empowering construction business owners to unlock their potential and build businesses that thrive. 

Over the last six years, I’ve grown my own construction maintenance business, learning invaluable lessons through the school of “hard knocks.” I’ve made mistakes, faced challenges, and embraced opportunities to grow—not just as a business owner but as a leader. Through completing several incubator programs, obtaining MWBE certifications, and gaining experience as both a subcontractor and general contractor, I’ve refined the strategies that have helped Odigo achieve their goals. 

My journey began as a small business consultant, where I helped business owners streamline their processes, develop their teams, establish bidding systems, and complete bid documentation. After nearly a year of helping others win bids and grow their businesses, I decided it was time to practice what I preached. I started bidding on projects myself—and started winning! 

Today, as the CEO & Founder of Odigo Services LLC, I’m not just running a business; I’m driven by a commitment to transformation – for Odigo and other business owners.

Before founding Odigo Services LLC, I wore many hats, including educator, training analyst, network administrator, project manager, director of education, and corporate director. My career even took me to the United Arab Emirates, where I spent two years helping to improve their educational programs. These diverse roles have shaped my ability to guide others with a unique combination of strategy, leadership, and vision.
